Corporate Sales Executives – Travel Industry

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for all business development and sales of travel products and services offered by the company for our corporate clients. The corporate sales executive will also be responsible for the generation of sales from current and prospective customers, demonstrate sustainable and consistent growth in the territory.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Follow up sales report and sales target, present sales, and revenue reports and sales forecast to the management team.
  • Build a database of contacts and prospects, makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations company products.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential and expand the market area to increase sales volumes.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Handle group proposal and bidding for offering quotation, travel packages to individuals, incentive groups and corporate customers.
  • Coordinate the flight bookings with the ticketing teams and ensure proper guide selection and operational quality.
  • Ensure orders are met within agreed timeframes, as well as invoicing and payments
  • Liaise with senior managers in formulating strategies aimed at obtaining specific high yield commercial accounts for corporate travel, holidays and leisure.
  • Maintain sales call records and good relations with all ATA locations
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts & collections.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in corporate travel sales/ outbound tourism
  • Good command of English, Arabic and computer literacy(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication, negotiation skills with good presentation abilities.
  • Customer service oriented/service minded, problem-solving
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be flexible to handle last-minute requests.
  • Dynamic and proactive with the ability to generate new business/ sales
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license
  • IATA/UFTAA qualification
  • GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is an advantage
