ITINERARY:

Day 1: 21 Apr 23: ARRIVE IN MUSCAT
Arrive at Muscat Airport, transfer to hotel for overnight stay

Day 2: 22 Apr 23: MUSCAT CITY TOUR – WADI SHAB – SUR
Breakfast at the hotel, and we proceed at 8.30 am for guided tour of Muscat, visiting the Grand Mosque & the Royal Opera House. Later we proceed to Wadi Shab for a hike and swim in the refreshing pools and waterfalls. Continue on the coastal town of Sur to visit the Dhow-making factories. Overnight in Sur Plaza Hotel

Day 3: 23 Apr 23: SUR - WADI BANI KHALID – DESERT CAMP
Check out from the hotel in Sur and head to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman's most picturesque wadis. The clear blue waters of the wadi and lush date palm oases will leave you in awe. Afterward, proceed to Wahiba Sands, a vast expanse of sand dunes stretching up to 200 meters high. This area is home to a variety of flora and fauna and is the traditional home of the nomadic Bedouin. Observe camels moving through the sands. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the Desert Night Camp.

Day 4: 24 Apr 23: WAHIBA SAND – NIZWA - MUSCAT
After breakfast at the desert camp, make your way to Nizwa, a city steeped in history. Visit the round tower fort of Nizwa, which boasts some of the best fort architecture in Oman, and the Nizwa Souq, where you can purchase pottery, gold and silver wares, and more. Return to Muscat and in the evening, explore the bustling Mathra Souq at your leisure before being dropped off at your hotel.

Day 5: 25 Apr 23: DEPARTURE FROM MUSCAT
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out. Spend the day exploring Muscat on your own, perhaps visiting Mathra Souq again. Depart from Muscat in the evening.
